Chipotle Turkey or Vegan Meat Burger
A great accompaniment to the Garden of Chili, prepared ahead for the next day’s lunch, this high protein, bean infused nutrient expanded recipe reduces calories and pumps up fiber, healthy carbs, vitamins, minerals and the fill factor, leaving you satisfied until your next delicious meal.

Ingredients:
8 oz ground white turkey or vegan Gimme Lean Ground Meat Substitute
1 cup kidney beans
¼ cup seasoned breadcrumbs
¼ yellow onion chopped fine
1 tsp BBQ sauce
1 tsp Chipotle Seasoning
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt and Pepper
Dash of Apple Vinegar
Dash of Olive Oil
Organic Cooking Spray
Method:
1. Combine all seasoning, breadcrumbs, and beans with ground turkey. If you like your burgers chunky, you can shape into 3-inch patties and grill. If you like your burgers smooth in texture, then place mixture in food processor for about 1 minute and you will have a smoother consistency.
2. Spray griddle pan or indoor smokeless grill with organic vegetable spray.
3. Cook patties covered on each side until center of patty is completed cooked, no pink and browned on outside. Covering pan or grill speeds up the process which takes about 15 minutes.
4.Serve open face on Wheatgrass Infused Tortillas or ready to eat baked tostada crackers.
